Please schedule your send-out 2–4 months before your wedding. To keep the schedule organized, bookings made too early may be declined. Note that Marixii is also a college student, so booking within the timeline helps ensure everything runs smoothly.

Reservation
Send us a message on what package/service you’d like and wait for the quotation to be sent. The slot is confirmed once 50% of the total amount for the chosen service has been settled.

Details Submission
A form or Google Sheet will be sent for you to complete, which will include all required event details, design preferences, and inspiration references.

Design Development
Design options will be provided and revised according to the client’s comments.

Final Approval & PRODUCTION
Production starts once the final design is approved. No changes can be made at this stage. Any additional edits or reprints requested after approval will incur extra fees.

Completed suites will be prepared for pickup or shipment. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shouldered by the client.
