We offer two options for your wedding website: a fully managed wedding website, [PREMIUM and CUSTOM DESIGN] where we take care of everything for you using our design platform, or a Canva template, which you can customize yourself. Either way, we’re here to make your wedding planning easier!

2. Fill Up
Once you’ve decided on your service, simply fill out the Quotation Form with all the details required. This will provide us with the necessary information to create a design that suits your event perfectly
3. Payment
A down payment is required, or you can choose to pay the full amount upfront. Once payment is confirmed, you will be given access to the link for your fully managed wedding website.
For Canva templates, we require the full payment to grant access to the link.
4. Start Designing
Once your payment is received, we’ll send you a form to fill out with your event details. This will help us create a website that fits your vision. After that, all you need to do is relax and let us take care of everything for you.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Made by Marixii. By accessing this, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
ARTISTIC STYLE
The Client understands and appreciates the unique style and creative approach of Made by Marixii, which is reflected in the Designer’s past work. Design is a personal and creative process, and while the Supplier will always aim to bring the Client’s vision to life, the final result will naturally carry the Designer’s artistic touch. The Supplier welcomes collaboration, feedback, and suggestions throughout the process, and will do their best to align the design with the Client’s preferences—while also staying true to their creative direction and experience.
TIMELINE
Custom stationery and wedding website projects usually take about 6 to 10 weeks to complete, starting from the official booking date. This timeline covers the full process—from design and revisions to printing and final assembly.
Please note that this schedule also depends on the Client’s timely submission of all needed details, prompt feedback, and the number of revisions requested. We also kindly consider the clients who booked ahead, as projects are handled in the order they are received. Note: The Supplier is also a full-time college student. While every effort will be made to meet deadlines, the Client understands that occasional delays may occur due to academic workload. The Supplier will communicate openly and continue to work with dedication to complete the project professionally.
PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Since all items are handmade, slight differences in color, texture, or materials may occur and are completely normal. To keep everything consistent, we recommend placing your full order at once. If a material becomes unavailable, we’ll inform you right away and offer alternatives.
PRINTING ON TEXTURED PAPER
Textured paper may have slight ink imperfections because of its natural, uneven surface. Each sheet is unique, and these small variations are part of its charm—not printing errors. However, if the Client prefers a smoother finish, we are happy to offer non-textured paper options as well.
PROOFING
The Client is responsible for carefully checking all proofs, including spelling, details, and layout. Once approved, the project will move to production. Any errors after approval will be accepted by the Client. If reprints are needed, the Client will cover the cost.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Designer will make every effort to complete the project on time. However, the Designer is not liable for any delays caused by the courier or shipping service. The Client is responsible for providing a correct delivery address, and any issues with delivery due to incorrect information will be the Client’s responsibility.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, the Supplier begins sourcing materials and preparing for production. Therefore, cancellations or refunds are not possible after the order has been confirmed. However, if any unforeseen circumstances arise, the Supplier will make an effort to work with the Client on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party fails to meet their obligations. The Supplier also reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client engages in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to rude, disrespectful, degrading, discriminatory, or unprofessional behavior.
Termination may also happen if the Supplier is unable to continue the project due to serious reasons, including but not limited to personal emergencies, health conditions, or other unavoidable situations that prevent them from fulfilling their part of the agreement. In such cases, a fair assessment will be conducted to determine if a partial or full refund is possible, depending on the stage of the project at the time of termination.
The Supplier will not be held liable for any delays in fulfilling obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or material shortages that may impact availability or timelines.
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP AND USE
All design work and editable files remain the property of the Supplier. If the Client wishes to request editable versions of the design, an Intellectual Property Fee will apply.
The Client may use the final design for personal use only. They understand that the designs cannot be resold, edited, or used for business or commercial purposes without the Supplier’s permission. The Designer retains the right to use the project, including design elements, for portfolio display, marketing, and promotional purposes (such as on social media or websites). Some non-personal design elements—like layouts or small illustrations—may also be gently reused or adapted for future stationery products. Rest assured, the unique and special parts of the Client’s design will always be respected.
